Within Thrive you’ll not only have 1:1 support, a tailored nutrition plan and weekly check ins, but you’ll also be able to access educational content breaking down the key principles of nutrition and develop the mindset required to maintain results long term. This is the starter pack to get you on your way to becoming a happier and healthier you.

  • 1:1 Initial 40 min Consultation via Zoom to get you started and with an analysis of your 2 week food diary to be completed prior to starting.

  • Access to valuable nutrition lessons broken down into bitesize content to help you understand the basic principles of healthy eating such as calorie counting vs mindful eating, the impact stress has to our diet and weight-loss, what to do when you hit a plateau and more.

  • A selection of meditations to combat limiting beliefs, improve body confidence, reduce stress and improve sleep as well as how to overcome the F*** it mindset.

  • Personalised in depth guide with macro and calorie calculations based on desired goal, shopping list examples, meal plan examples and useful tools to help you make better food choices even when you’re short on time.

  • Support from Marcella throughout the 6 weeks via email plus weekly check ins and accountability as well as your own tracker to complete each week to keep you on target.

1:1 Coaching Call

Get 1:1 Support via Zoom where we will get to the root of your wellness goals, get clear and specific about what you’re looking to achieve and how you’re going to get there with measurable steps. We’ll figure out what has been holding you back, look at the whole picture including sleep and stress and how this is impacting your results. You’ll receive a personalised macro and calorie calculation guide and have a break down on Mindful eating and how to eat to nourish your body not restrict. We’ll look at your current habits and how to level these up to reach your goals.

Each call will also come with What’s App support for 7 days after the call where you can ask questions and get support on your journey.

  • Arrange a free 10 minute discovery call to see which option is the best fit for you based on your goals. Alternatively, email Marcella at yogawithmarcella@gmail.com.

  • Once you’ve decided which route you’d like to use, click on the available link to email Marcella and be added to the waitlist. Please note if it’s one of our nutrition programmes you’ll be required to complete a 2 week food diary first sent by Marcella before you start the 6 weeks for optimal results.

  • Sculpt and flow is a self paced workout bank which is recommended to use alongside your Thrive membership. Thrive is a more intensive coaching plan which dives into mindset blocks and nutrition which seems to be the biggest factor that holds us back from getting results.

  • The wellness plan focuses on your mindset and nutrition to go alongside your workouts, it is recommended to sign up to Sculpt & Flow during this programme if you want a workout plan to follow. Alternatively we can discuss using your preferred exercise method and other platforms alongside Thrive.

  • Both instalments must be completed prior to the programme starting. Your first instalment will be on confirmation of your place, then the second instalment will be taken before you start and after this your first 1:1 consultation will be booked.
