If you sign up to a hiit class knowing full well it doesn't work with your lifestyle and you don't enjoy it, chances are, you're not going to continue with it long term

 FAQs

  • Don’t worry at all, we have beginner classes on the platform to get you started and majority of our classes will offer beginner modifications.

  • This isn’t a mainstream fitness company where you’ll get lost in the thousands of members. This is a boutique platform where you will have guidance from your coach and your community without being overlooked. You’ll have the full support and tools you need to get results. You can make requests for particular classes, reach out with questions and get advice on your form and technique. You’ll feel as though you’re part of a group class rather then just watching on your phone or tv. We also focus on mindset as well as movement, with tools to help you feel motivated to move your body and tools to help you feel less stressed and improve your sleep.

  • All classes will get added to the platform once we’ve gone live so you can fit the classes in around your schedule.

  • £30 per month (less than £1 per day) and with that you’ll have access to our hundreds of classes, our private community, support and expert guidance from your coach, access to our recipe blog as well as our workout plans to follow to help you get results and feel motivated!

  • You’re never tied in to a contract and can leave at anytime. Simply email Marcella to notify if you wish to end or pause your membership and she will explain next steps.

One you’ve set up your direct debit you will receive an email from Marcella to help you create your new account and begin your access so please allow time for this.
